The VFP Series is Portower's flagship hot die forging press, engineered for high-energy, high-frequency precision forming of steel, alloy, aluminum, and copper forgings. Built on a four-column prestressed frame with an integrated eccentric gear drive, VFP presses deliver stable striking energy and exceptional angular stiffness — critical for consistent flash-line and dimensional accuracy in high-volume forging production.

Equipped with automatic centralized lubrication, hydraulic overload protection, and a PLC-based control system with touchscreen HMI, VFP presses are ready for integration into full forging automation cells — including induction heating, robotic transfer, and trimming press lines.

The VFP-G Series is the G-type (wide-body) variant of Portower's hot die forging press platform. Sharing the same four-column prestressed frame and eccentric gear drive technology as the VFP, the VFP-G features an enlarged bolster area and extended die height clearance — making it ideal for large-envelope, multi-impression die sets used in complex forging operations.

The increased working space allows for simultaneous pre-forging, finish-forging, and flash-trimming operations within a single die set, reducing the number of handling steps and improving production efficiency. Like all VFP-family machines, VFP-G includes hydraulic overload protection and full PLC automation capability.

The JH31 Series is a closed single-point single-crank mechanical press built for reliable, high-cycle precision stamping. Its monolithic closed frame delivers superior rigidity with minimal elastic deformation under full load, making JH31 the standard choice for blanking, punching, forming, and shallow drawing in automotive, hardware, and general manufacturing applications.

The series features a precision-ground eight-face slide guide, motorized die height adjustment with digital readout, and a robust wet-clutch/brake assembly for dependable cycle control. Centralized automatic lubrication and PLC control with fault diagnostics reduce operator workload and maintenance frequency — keeping production running shift after shift.

The VCP Series is Portower's open single-point (C-frame) mechanical press — engineered for versatility and ease of use in general stamping, bending, forming, and light drawing applications. The open C-frame design provides three-sided die access, making die changes fast and straightforward, and enabling easy integration with coil feeders, conveyors, and part-transfer systems.

Despite its accessible open frame, VCP incorporates a precision-ground four-face slide guide and a robust crankshaft drive to maintain consistent slide parallelism and stroke accuracy. Pneumatic clutch/brake assembly, PLC control, and standard safety features make VCP ready for both manual operation and automated line integration.
