Delivery times vary based on equipment type and specifications:

• Standard Models: 60-90 days from order confirmation
• Custom Configurations: 90-120 days depending on complexity

We maintain stock of popular models for faster delivery. Rush orders can be accommodated with prior arrangement. Installation and commissioning typically takes 7-14 days after delivery.

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: 30% upon order confirmation
• Progress Payment: 60% before shipment (after factory acceptance test)
• Final Payment: 10% after successful installation and commissioning

We accept wire transfers (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C). For established customers with good credit history, we can discuss flexible payment arrangements. All prices are quoted in USD, FOB Shanghai unless otherwise specified.

Our standard 2-year warranty covers:

• Mechanical Components: Frame, ram, bearings, gears, and structural parts against manufacturing defects
• Hydraulic System: Pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses (excluding seals and filters)
• Electrical System: Control panels, motors, and major electrical components
• Labor: Cost of technician time for warranty repairs
